Message to Italian Seniors and Friends seeking housing:

We have arrived!! After ten years of working collaboratively, the Board of Directors of the Italian Seniors’ Project is proud to announce that our building Residenza Italia, 1109 Hamilton Road, London, ON N6H 5J9 is almost completed. Our first move-ins commence in November of 2011. All levels of government have been instrumental in assisting the Italian Seniors’ Project achieve its goal of providing affordable housing to seniors who enjoy celebrating Italian traditions and culture within the context of Canadian society.

We are also asking that those who have loved ones, who need to be placed in Long Term Care, please consider Kensington Village Retirement and Long Term Care. Kensington Village strives to foster a community spirit based on creative involvement, social acceptance, relaxation, and personal improvement, while respecting the individuality of each resident. Volunteer Positions Include: 1:1 Special Buddies, Special Event Planning, Cooking & Art Classes, Spiritual Care, Horticulture Programs and much more!! Request a Italian Speaking Volunteer for your loved one.  Please consider Kensington Village Retirement and Long Term Care.
